Today I shared a really neat book with the 3rd graders!! I recently found out about this book and just had to share. 
Balloons Over Broadway is written and illustrated by Melissa Sweet. It is the true story of Tony Sarg, the puppeteer behind the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. The story celebrates Tony Sarg’s amazing ideas and creativity and how he used his talents for all to enjoy.
We really enjoyed the story and are looking forward to the Thanksgiving Day parade.
