We have reviewed our recycling unit today. Your child will come home with 2 review pages to study tonight. One is a review page we did in class and the other is an article we read that will be very helpful. I’ve explained to the students that it will be important to know what reduce, reuse, recycle mean and be able to give examples of each. Our recycling test will be tomorrow.

We will be finishing up Government this week and plan on having our test on Friday. This is a shorter test, but very important that the review page be studied. This review will come home later in the week. Please ask your third grader about the three branches of Government (executive, legislative, and judicial) and what they do.

Our field trip is on Thursday.Please send a sack lunch.  Please remember to dress your child according to the weather and with tennis shoes. If it is very sunny, it would be a good idea to apply sunscreen before coming to school. If it is a rainy/stormy day, we will have to cancel.
